This refined design allows you to move through your day with effortless confidence.

Menstrual flow typically ranges from 5 to 60 ml per day. Our knickers are thoughtfully crafted to support you throughout the day, with most styles holding 30 ml or more.

We offer varying absorbency levels to suit your personal needs:

• 1 drop: 5–20 ml

• 3 drops: 20–40 ml

• 5 drops: 40+ ml

This range ensures comfortable, reliable protection whether your flow is light, moderate, or heavy.

Caring for your knickers is simple and gentle:

Machine Wash (Cold)

Place them in with your regular laundry on a delicate, cold cycle (below 30°C). Line dry to preserve performance.

Hand Wash

If you prefer, wash gently in cold water (below 30°C) with a mild detergent. Line dry.

Please avoid:

To achieve optimal absorbency, we recommend washing your knickers a couple of times before first wear.

Our knickers are designed to fit comfortably and securely. Please refer to our detailed size chart before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for maximum comfort and coverage.

With proper care, your knickers are designed to last for 2-3 years. Regular washing according to our instructions will maintain their absorbency, shape, and softness.
