Returns and exchanges
Please email us before sending anything back. Put Return Request and your order number in the subject line and we will send you instructions. Full details are in our Returns & Hygiene Policy.
Where we ship from
We despatch from our shipping department in Hong Kong. Delivery times vary by destination — our Shipping Policy has the current estimates. Our intimate care gels are formulated in Korea, so please allow 10 to 21 days for those orders.
A note on response times
We are a small team. Messages sent at weekends, or on Hong Kong public holidays, will be answered on the next working day. If your enquiry is about a damaged or incorrect item, please say so in the subject line and we will prioritise it.
