Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Framework

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and HKSAR public holidays).

  • Processing Buffer: During peak seasonal periods, high-volume sales, or product launches, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for order fulfillment.

  • Confirmation: You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking credentials once your order has been handed to our carrier.

2. Domestic & International Shipping Estimates

We ship globally from our logistics hub in Hong Kong. The delivery windows provided below are estimates only and include a built-in buffer for standard logistics handling.

Please note: "Business Days" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in both the origin and destination countries.

3. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Fullstop operates on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis for all international orders.

  • The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

  • Fullstop is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applied to your package. These charges are determined by local authorities and must be settled by the customer.

  • Customs Delays: Please be advised that international packages may be subject to a 5–7 day buffer due to customs clearance procedures, which are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Methods & Restrictions

  • Local Logistics: We primarily utilize SF Express and HK Post for domestic deliveries.

  • P.O. Boxes: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or forwarding addresses that do not provide a signature upon receipt.

  • Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including a local contact number. Fullstop is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the user.

5. Risk of Loss & Damage

All items purchased from Fullstop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives in a damaged state, please contact natalie@byfullstop.com within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence of both the packaging and the product.

  • Lost Shipments: If a package is marked as "Delivered" but has not been received, the customer must initiate an inquiry with the local carrier before contacting our support team.

6. Shipping Rate Adjustments

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We reserve the right to adjust shipping fees or cancel orders to remote areas where standard carrier service is unavailable.
