This is the complete guide to your ReVive wand. There's a short card in your box; everything on it is repeated here, with a little more detail. Please read it before your first use.

Before you start
1. Charge it fully first
Use only the magnetic cable supplied, with a 5V adapter. If the wand switches itself off during use, it simply needs charging.
2. Wash it before and after
Warm water and an anti-bacterial soap, every time. Rinse and dry well.
3. Water-based lubricant only
This is the one instruction that matters most. Oils, massage oil, hand cream, detergents and solvents will damage the surface, and the damage cannot be undone. Water-based lubricant only.
The two buttons
- Hold the power button to switch on. Then tap the same button to step through the eight vibration settings, one at a time.
- Tap the second button for red light and warmth. Tap it again to turn them off.
- Hold the power button to switch off — from any setting.
Start on the lowest setting and work up. Stop if you feel any discomfort.
Afterwards
Wash it again
Warm water and anti-bacterial soap, every time.
Dry it, then put it away
Pat dry with a clean cloth and let it air-dry naturally, out of direct sunlight. Then keep it in the silk bag it came in, somewhere clean and dust-free, out of reach of children.

- For personal use by adults 18 and over.
- Never share your wand. This one matters for your health.
- ReVive is designed for external intimate use.
- Stop using it immediately if you feel any discomfort, and speak to your GP if it continues.
- Splash-resistant only (IPX5). Do not submerge it, and never use it while it is charging.
- Keep it away from children.

Questions
Why is the tip clear?
So the red light can pass through it. An opaque tip blocks some of the light before it reaches you.
Can I use it in the bath or shower?
No. ReVive is splash-resistant to IPX5, which means it will survive splashes while you clean it. It should never be submerged.
What lubricant should I use?
Water-based only. Avoid oils, hand creams, detergents and solvents — they damage the surface permanently.
How do I clean it?
Warm water and anti-bacterial soap, before and after every use. Pat dry with a clean cloth and let it air-dry out of direct sunlight.
Where should I keep it?
In the silk bag it came in, somewhere clean, dry and dust-free, out of reach of children.
It switched off by itself. Is it broken?
Almost certainly not — it needs charging. Use the magnetic cable supplied with a 5V adapter.
Can I share it?
No. For hygiene reasons ReVive is a personal device and should not be shared.
Is it discreet?
Yes. It arrives in plain outer packaging with no explicit branding on the outside.
