Born from a Box of Hope
Knickers ByFullStop. was born out of Box of Hope — an annual charity donating gift boxes to children from various third world countries, giving them something special to open at Christmas time. Having donated 50 boxes myself, I noticed that among the list of requested products were period pants, alongside other sanitary items. Having never heard of period pants before, I did my research — and was amazed by what I found. Instead of sending one packet of sanitary towels that would last less than a single period, I sent 150 pairs of period knickers — reusable, again and again. And as a beautiful byproduct, I was helping prevent hundreds of used, unrecyclable sanitary towels from ending up in landfill.
A Discovery That Changed Everything
I was so impressed by the potential of these knickers that I immediately set to work on making them available for everyone. I found several people willing to try them — and every single one came back with the same response: 'No leaks, no mess, and less pain than using tampons.' How I wished these had been available when I was younger. I tried everything — including the moon cup — and really struggled with all of it. When you feel at your most vulnerable, in pain and worried about leaks, you just want comfort. Now, you can have it.
Our Promise to You
We are doing everything we can to keep costs down so that period knickers are affordable for everyone. And we will continue to donate period knickers to those who need them and simply cannot afford them. Because everyone deserves comfort, dignity, and confidence — every single day of the month.

Breaking the Stigma
We aim to break the stigma surrounding periods through education, and to empower individuals to embrace their bodies and live life to the fullest. Periods are a natural part of life, and we believe they should be spoken about openly, honestly, and without shame.
Looking Ahead
We are working on revolutionary incontinence pants for all genders. Whether it comes with age or illness, our bodies can start to do things we have no control over — and for that reason, we are expanding our range to give even more people a leak-free, comfortable, and happy life. Because everybody deserves to feel confident in their body, every single day.
