1. Overview

This website is operated by ByFullstop. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ByFullstop. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Our Products

Period knickers and shapewear: designed for menstrual and leak protection. They are not a medical device.
Intimate care gels: personal care products supplied as single-use pre-filled applicators for internal intimate use. They are not contraceptives and do not protect against sexually transmitted infections. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
Intimate care devices: the ReVive wand is a personal wellness device for adult intimate use. It is not a medical device, and red light and infrared functions are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
Accuracy: We strive to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

3. Using Our Products Safely

Intimate care gels

Follow the instructions supplied with the product and on the product page.
Do not use an applicator if its seal is broken or damaged. Each applicator is single use — never reuse one.
Stop using the product if you notice irritation, and speak to your GP if it continues.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have unusual discharge, itching, burning or pain, please speak to your GP before use.

ReVive intimate care wand

For personal use by adults only. For hygiene reasons the wand must not be shared.
Clean the wand before and after every use, following the instructions supplied.
Do not look directly into the light.
Do not use on broken, irritated or infected skin.
Please speak to your GP before use if you are pregnant, if you have any condition that makes your skin sensitive to light, if you are taking medication that increases light sensitivity, or if you have an implanted electronic device such as a pacemaker.
The wand is splash-resistant only. Do not submerge it in water, and do not use it while it is charging. Use only the charger supplied.
Stop using it immediately if you experience discomfort, and speak to your GP if discomfort continues.

4. Age Restriction

Our intimate care devices are sold to adults aged 18 and over only. By placing an order for one you confirm that you are 18 or over. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we believe this is not the case.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
If we make a change to, or cancel, an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address provided at the time the order was placed.

6. Pricing and Modifications

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, without notice.

7. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

For any unlawful purpose.
To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights, or those of others.
To submit false or misleading information.

8. Limitation of Liability

ByFullstop. does not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods, or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

In no case shall ByFullstop., our directors or our employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. This does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website.
