We want you to love your ByFullstop. period knickers. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on worn or washed items. Sale items are final sale.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@byfullstop.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, providing they are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.. Please contact us at info@byfullstop.com to arrange an exchange.
